St. Francis Day Blessing of the Pets

On St. Francis Day we celebrated the feast of St. Francis of Assisi with a Blessing of the Pets.This wonderful tradition is in remembrance of St. Francis' love for all creatures. Many friendly dogs were welcomed and blessed. New this year, we also blessed cell phone photos of pets who do not like to leave the comfort of home.
